Terms of Service
These are the terms for using Curatively — the app, this website and the connection for agents. They are short on purpose. By making an account you agree to them.

Who we are
Curatively is made and run by ABZN LIMITED. Questions go to contact@curatively.io.
What Curatively is
Curatively is a personal vault: you save anything you love — images, links, notes — and it catalogues them for you. You can publish some of it on a public page at curatively.io/your-username, and you can let tools you trust read and save on your behalf.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 (or the higher age your country sets) to have an account. Keep your sign-in email and any password secure — whoever can use them can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your saves stay yours
You keep any rights you hold in what you put in your vault; saving another person’s work does not transfer their rights to you. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store it, show it back to you, catalogue it automatically, display what you publish on your page, and hand it to tools you have connected. That permission ends when you delete a save or your account.
You can export everything, in open formats, at any time and on any plan. We will never hold your saves hostage.
Saving other people’s work
Most of what people save was made by someone else — that is the point of a vault. Save and publish only content you have the necessary rights or permission to use. Publishing it on your public page is your call and your responsibility: publish only what you have the right to share, and take it down if the owner asks.
If you believe something published on Curatively infringes your rights, write to us with a link and we will act promptly.
What you may not do
Do not use Curatively to:
- store or publish anything unlawful, or anything that exploits or endangers a child;
- publish sexually explicit material, hate speech, threats, harassment or gratuitous graphic violence;
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- break into, overload or scrape the service, or attempt to read another person’s private saves;
- resell or misrepresent the service as your own.
Free and Plus
Saving is free, forever, with no limit on how much you keep. Plus adds the automatic catalogue and is sold as a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase — through the App Store in the app, or through Stripe on curatively.io. Prices are shown before you buy. A subscription renews until you cancel: in your Apple account settings for an App Store purchase, or from Account on curatively.io for a web purchase; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds for App Store purchases follow Apple’s rules; a web purchase can be refunded within 14 days of payment on request. If you stop paying, you keep every save and can still export everything — only the catalogue stops.
Discovery
Discovery is an optional monthly add-on, sold through the App Store and separate from Plus: you can have either, or both. While it is active and you have allowed research, Curatively runs one bounded research pass a day for your active direction and brings back up to five suggestions. Some days it finds nothing worth your time, and says so; a paid day with no suggestions is not refunded. Pausing research in the app stops the daily run but not the subscription — cancel that in your Apple account settings, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in the app before you buy; there is no lifetime Discovery purchase.
Suggestions are links to other people’s work, chosen automatically. We do not guarantee their accuracy, availability or fit, and a suggestion is not an endorsement. Nothing is added to your vault unless you save it.
Tools you connect
You may connect AI assistants and other apps to your vault. Anything such a tool does with your vault counts as done by you. Review what you connect, and disconnect anything you no longer trust.
Leaving
You can delete your account from the Account screen at any time; everything goes with it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless the law prevents it. Either way, you can export first.
What we promise, and what we cannot
We will run Curatively carefully and honestly. But it is provided as it is: we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not responsible for the content of sites you save from or tools you connect. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change applies. Continuing to use Curatively after that is agreement to the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring a claim in your home courts where applicable law provides them.
